All tickets purchased for Lahore Children's Festival are generally refundable but non-transferable. Once a ticket has been issued, it can be refunded, except in special circumstances as outlined below.

Major event rescheduling
Duplicate payment or transaction error
If you prefer a refund, we will issue the amount as a credit voucher/receipt that can be used for a future booking. Cash refunds are not available. Valid proof such as payment receipts or transaction details must be provided.
3. Refund Process
If eligible, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue and prior to the event. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Event Changes
In the event of a change in schedule, location, or activity, tickets will remain valid for the updated event.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Service fees, processing charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation by Attendees
Tickets canceled by attendees for personal reasons are not eligible for refunds after the event.
